Christophe Rapin

Christophe Rapin is a partner at Kellerhals Carrard in Lausanne, specializing in the areas of competition, international trade and distribution. Admitted to the Geneva and Brussels Bars, he practices in Swiss and European law. His expertise is specifically recognized in the legal and economic aspects of business relations between Switzerland and the EU. He is also a member of the Swiss-EU Committee of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce for Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Christophe Rapin has been chairman of the Swiss Association for Competition Law for nearly a decade and is currently first Vice-President of the LIDC. He was elected during the Budapest Congress.He is also the chairman of the Swiss Group of the Henri Capitant Association.
