Terms and Conditions

Under Swiss law, to which the Vilebrequin Foundation is subject, a donation is a voluntary gift by which one person transfers property (including fungible property, such as money) to another person without corresponding consideration. The donation is a contract between two parties governed by articles 239 to 252 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

A donation made to the Foundation is final and cannot be claimed back by the donor. Your donation will be used exclusively for the purposes of the Vilebrequin Foundation, a no-gain, non-profit foundation.

Once you have made your donation, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us. If you so request, and no later than 30 days following the end of the calendar year in which your donation was made, we will send you a donation confirmation letter by email, which may be used for tax purposes, in accordance with the tax legislation applicable to you.

The foundation guarantees that at least 80% of donations are used directly for implementing the foundation's projects. The remaining donations are used for fundraising and administrative expenses. You can make an online donation of up to CHF 7,500. If you wish to donate a larger amount, please write to us at contact@fondation-vilebrequin.com.
